Tinubu Approves Redesign and Reconstruction of Abeokuta-Ibadan Road, 15 Other Southwest Routes
The Honourable Minister of Works, Engr. Dave Umahi, has confirmed that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the redesign and reconstruction of the Abeokuta-Ibadan Road alongside 15 other critical Southwest regional routes, with priority on durable concrete pavement technology.
The Minister made this disclosure during the flag-off ceremony for the 56.5km Ibadan-Ijebu-Ode Road, where he emphasized the Federal Government’s shift from prolonged procurement bottlenecks to accelerated project delivery.
