Eid-El-Maulud: Atayese of Fiditi, Olaoluwa Felicitates With Muslims, Calls For prayers, and Support For Leaders
The Atayese of Fiditi, Olaoluwa Peter Abidemi, popularly called OPA, has advised Muslims to pray for the nations’s peace, unity, and growth as Muslims celebrate Eid-El-Maulud, the birth of Prophet Muhammad.
In a statement by his media office, Olaoluwa who is a governorship hopeful in the Oyo state All Progressive Congress (APC) counselled Muslims to emulate the exemplary qualities and teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad by promoting peaceful co-existence among Nigerians.
He urged Islamic faithfuls to ensure prayers for the necessary changes to make Nigeria and Oyo state a better place.
OPA urged Nigerians to shun divisive inclinations and seek to improve their society, noting that the commemoration of the Holy Prophet’s birth should reaffirm the importance of unity in the face of diversity.
“I hope and pray that this year celebration would benefit and enhance the greatness of our beloved country and bless every resident of Oyo state, Nigeria, and the world,” he concluded.
