Your Excellency, it is with great joy that I write you this day. I want to appreciate you on behalf of Nigerians who believes in your ideal and purposeful leadership.
It is of a public knowledge that the federal government under your leadership has made frantic effort in ensuring better and improved welfare for all Nigerians irrespective of religion, tribe, ethnic and party affiliation.
Today , I’m writing to you in response to the above subject matter by one Chief Olawale Ojoge-Daniel.
Permit me, Your Excellency to affirm that the federal government under your watch has acted promptly and in good conscience in accordance to dignity, discipline and international best practices.
Let me say to you that the person of ot the writer, (Olawale Ojoge-Daniel) is well known to us as a man of questionable character, lack in integrity and someone whose judgement can never be trusted.
Ojoge-Daniel was our former company lawyer who made several attempts to defraud our company with many of the legal issues still at various courts of law and professional bodies he belongs to.
Olawale Ojoge Daniel, while he was our company lawyer, connived with others to sell an expanse business land of our property merchant in Ibadan, Sukazeem Property limited
Ojoge Daniel, with several allegations and land matters yet to be resolved, can not be in good stead to castigate federal government or any its agencies over a matter that has been amicably resolved.
It is also on record that the said writer is having cases with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Ibadan zonal office arising from numerous fraudulent financial allegations levied against his person.
Also, there are cases still pending at Oyo State Police Command, Eleyele, Ibadan who had been on the search for the lawyer.
Wale Ojoge-Daniel as our former company lawyer sought for a loan from our company which we have to him and his wife claiming his wife was about to be appointed as a lawyer and that he would need the money for running around and logistics.
Till today, after many promises, Wale Ojoge-Daniel is yet to fulfill the repayment of the money. All these claims are with receipts and undertakings.
Wale Ojoge-Daniel in his usual character went as far as registering an illegal blog which he used many times to discredit the name of our company for no just cause or reasons. This blog he used several times to gave the company that once paid his meal ticket bad images, even after he seriously defrauding, perpetrating lots of financial fraud and illegal transactions hiding under his position then as our company lawyer, but thank God for a long standing credibility and integrity of Sukazeem Property Limited across the world.
As we speak, Ojoge-Daniel is currently facing disciplinary committee of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), Ibadan branch arising from petitions and daunting allegations levied against him by our company.
Few years ago, security operatives were at his Onireke , Ibadan residence on fact finding mission about some of the charges against him, but Wale Ojoge-Daniel ran from the house alongside his wife in an attempt to evade questioning and possibly arrest from the security agents who came all away from Abuja. Infact, he later relocated from the house for the fear of being arrested by the security agents.
Also, after realizing that the company may take stiffer actions against him, Ojoge-Daniel wrote an apology letter seeking for pardon and possible forgiveness from the management. The letter is still in the custody of the company as an evidence.
In covering up of his many dirty deals, Olawale Ojoge-Daniel approached the current Attorney General of the federation and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi, the Chief imam of Ilesha, prominent legal practitioner, Chief Bayo Ojo (SAN) and late former Assistant Inspector General of Police , Bola Longe to assist him in pacifying Alhaji Sufianu Kazeem and seek for forgiveness from him.
Chief Fagbemi is still alive and in a good position to confirm our claims. It is, therefore, unreasonable, lack in moral standards, and poor sense of judgment to pay special attention to whatever thus man of no integrity said
For us, it’s just a way of deeking undesrvef recognition from the ffedersl whivh benefit him.
If Ojoge-Daniel takes exception to any of this our claim, he’s free to challenge us at the court of law.
