Fasuyi Reappointed DG of BAO/MCA Campaign Council
Senator representing Ekiti North Senatorial District, Cyril Fasuyi, has been reappointed as the Director-General of the BAO/MCA Campaign Council.
The announcement was made by the Senate Leader, Opeyemi Bamidele, during a stakeholders’ and party leaders’ meeting held in Ado-Ekiti.
Speaking with journalists after the meeting, Bamidele explained that Fasuyi’s reappointment was a consensus decision by party leaders, citing his successful leadership of the campaign that produced Biodun Oyebanji as Governor of Ekiti State in the 2022 governorship election.
He also disclosed that Senator Yemi Adaramodu has been appointed as Deputy-Director-General of the campaign council.
In addition, Chief Mrs. Kemisola Olaleye was named Assistant Director-General from the North.
Senator Fasuyi previously served as Director-General of the 2022 governorship campaign that led to Oyebanji’s victory.
