Olaoluwa Congratulates New Olubadan, Oba Ladoja On Coronation
The President, Peter Olaoluwa Foundation, (P.O.F),and Atayese of Fiditi Olaoluwa Peter Abidemi popularly called OPA has extended his warm congratulations to Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja on his coronation as the 44th Olubadan of the ancient city of Ibadan.
The new monarch will be formally presented with his staff of office by Oyo state governor, Seyi Makinde on Friday at the historic Mapo Hall.
Olaoluwa, in a release by his media office, described the occasion as a significant moment in the city’s tradition and history.
President Tinubu joined the family of the new Olubadan, Ibadan citizens, the Oyo State Council of Obas, and the Oyo State Government to celebrate Oba Ladoja on his ascension to the revered throne of his forebears.
He affirmed that Oba Ladoja as former Governor, Senator and businessman brings to the throne immense wisdom, experience, character, and strength, and urged the monarch to use the highly esteemed stool of Ibadan to advance the peace, security, and development of the area.
Olaoluwa, a governorship hopeful in Oyo State, assured the new Olubadan of his support and wished him success as he works to promote and preserve the culture and traditions of the ancient city.
OPA also congratulated Ibadan indigenes on the peaceful succession process and prayed that the peace, beauty, and renown of Ibadan will abide always.
