Former Council Boss, Ope Salami Felicitates 44th Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba Ladoja
The former chairman, Akinyele local government area of Oyo State, Hon Ope Salami, has congratulated Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja his recent approval as 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland by Governor Seyi Makinde.
Salami, in a press statement on Monday described the new monarch as a good rhing happening to Ibadan this time.
He said the former governor now a first class monarch in the country over the years has held on to dignity and traditions of the land and thereby coming not as a surprise that he is reaping bountifully the fruit of his labour.
The former, Chairman, special public works, Oyo State counselled Ibadan indigenes ho.e and abroad to support the Olubadan and Olubadan-in-Council, so as to ensure that his reign is peaceful and impactful.
